The philosophy of Self-Prevention Project is to create an agri-food company that brings together all levels of the food chain, following the principle "from farm to table " and constituting an innovative model of management that benefits from the added value produced in each phase, and thus, be able to monetize the cost that is supposed to have a service of extensive grazing to reduce biomass and prevent fires.
From Goat farms will come a meat production based in the production of quality kid with 8-10 kg of weight at 25-30 days of life. Besides this, "old goats", will generate a meat of difficult commercialization, that must be conducted to the processing carrion, thus enhancing a product that initially had no value.
Will be built a meat complex, that will bring together a slaughterhouse with a line of goats sacrificing and a cutting room , where the meat will be transformed and get an added value.
